Fay Milton

Fay Milton first came to widespread acclaim as the powerful, propulsive drummer of the London-based post-punk quartet Savages, whose two Mercury Prize-nominated albums Silence Yourself and Adore Life cemented their place in contemporary rock with intense performances and a fiercely independent creative vision. Since then, Fay has reinvented her artistic focus with GODDESS, a bold new collaborative project that sees her step out from behind the drum kit into the role of producer and creative curator. Under the GODDESS moniker she brings together a rotating ensemble of female and non-binary artists, blending post-punk, dream-pop, electronica and indie rock in a self-titled debut album released in May 2025 on Bella Union. The project is rooted in community and creative exchange, celebrating diverse voices and pushing genre boundaries while showcasing Fay’s visionary leadership and commitment to elevating underrepresented artists.
